Werkstatt360 offers three ways to work on site, plus a virtual office if you only need an address. Here's how they differ.
Coworking — from $199/month
A membership to work in the shared coworking areas, month to month, with high-speed internet and complimentary coffee, tea and beverages. Good if you're on site a few days a week or want to try the space first.
Dedicated desk
A desk that's yours, with ergonomic furniture and lockable storage. Our Brentwood team calls it a perfect first rung on the ladder for a startup, an entrepreneur, or someone who travels frequently but still needs a dedicated place to work. Brentwood has just added three dedicated desks that are more private than open coworking and can be personalized like a private office. Ask on your tour for current pricing.
Private office — from $699/month
A furnished, lockable office with your name on the door and a listing in the building directory. Brentwood offices fit 1 to 5 people (88–329 sq ft); Green Hills offices are about 100 sq ft for 1–2 people; Franklin's average 143 sq ft, from $795/month. Choose an office if you meet clients, take confidential calls, or need to leave your things set up.
Virtual office — from $89/month
A professional business address with mail and package receipt, and meeting rooms when you need them. Plans with call answering and meeting room hours run up to $399/month — how a virtual office works.
How to decide
- On site occasionally → coworking
- On site most days, want your own spot → dedicated desk
- Clients, privacy or a team of 2–5 → private office
- An address and mail, no desk → virtual office
